Who the site is for

The site describes advertising and appointment-setting services for residential property management companies. It is intended for business use by people 18 or older. If you use the site or book a call on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

Free Door Growth Audit

The Door Growth Audit is a free call with no obligation to buy anything. We may reschedule or decline a booking, for example if we are not able to serve your market. Information you share when booking or on the call is handled under our Privacy Policy.

Paid services and pricing

Any paid engagement with us is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.

Plans, prices, minimum ad spend and features on the site describe our standard offers and may change at any time. The price, currency, term, scope and minimum ad spend that apply to you are the ones in your signed agreement. As stated on the site, advertising spend is paid directly to Meta and is separate from our service fee. Applicable taxes are extra.

No guarantee of results

The ROI calculator, estimates, case studies, client interviews, statistics and example results on the site are for illustration only. Calculator outputs depend entirely on the assumptions entered. Examples reflect specific past accounts and are not typical or promised outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, budget, offer, response speed and sales process. Nothing on the site is a promise or guarantee of any number of leads, appointments, clients, doors or revenue.

Calls, emails and text messages

If you book a call or contact us, you agree that we may contact you by phone and email about your booking or inquiry. We send text messages only if you have agreed to receive them. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by:

• submitting false information or another person’s information without their permission;
• copying, scraping or republishing site content, other than for your own internal review;
• attempting to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorized access to the site or the services connected to it; or
• using the site in any way that breaks the law.

Our content

The site and its content, including text, design, logos, videos, images and the ROI calculator, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the site for your own business evaluation. No other rights are granted.

Third-party services

The site uses and links to services run by others, such as our scheduling tool (Calendly), video player (Wistia) and Meta. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind about the site, including that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site is limited to CAD $100. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not change the terms of any signed agreement for paid services.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. You agree that the courts located in Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute about these terms or the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
